If you received a damaged item, please email us with your order number, a description of the damage and photos of the damage. If you wish to return your order for any other reason, we allow exchanges for merchandise credit within 14 days of delivery. We do not allow refunds and the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, with all the original packaging. Exchanges and credit are applicable only at the original point of purchase. The Ultimate Tower is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Jeremy Scott is an American fashion designer born in Kansas City, Missouri. In addition to his eponymous fashion label, he has been the Creative Director of the Italian fashion house Moschino since 2013. After studying fashion at Pratt in New York City Scott moved to Paris, where he worked under Christian Louboutin and Stephen Jones, and caught the attention of Karl Lagerfeld. He showed his first collection during Paris fashion week in 1997, and rapidly gained the industry’s approval, while counting the likes of Bjork, Madonna, Kylie Minogue, and Britney Spears as customers. A constant fixture of the pop scene, he’s also gone on to call icons such as Katy Perry, Rihanna, and Miley Cyrus as friends and muses, dressing them for Met Galas, music videos, and Super Bowls.
Alexander Fury is a fashion journalist, author, and critic. He is Fashion Features Director of AnOther Magazine and Men’s Critic for Financial Times. From 2016 to 2018 he was the first Chief Fashion Correspondent at T: The New York Times Style Magazine, and from 2013 to 2016 he was fashion editor of The Independent, I, and The Independent on Sunday newspapers. In 2018, Fury received the Honorary Doctorate of Humane Letters from the Academy of Art University, San Francisco. His previous books include Dior by Gianfranco Ferré (Assouline, 2018); Dior: Catwalk (Thames and Hudson, 2017); and Catwalking: Photographs by Chris Moore (Laurence King, 2017); Chanel: The Impossible Collection (Assouline, 2019).
