Marylin Fitoussi is the Emmy-nominated costume designer behind Emily in Paris, where her playful mix of vintage couture and contemporary styling has also earned her a Costume Designers Guild Award for Excellence in Contemporary Television. Her credits extend beyond the hit Netflix series to major films, including Luc Besson’s Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets and Kaamelott: The First Chapter, one of France’s top box-o!ce successes. After studying art history at the École du Louvre and completing a degree in textile design, Fitoussi began her career at Angels and Bermans in Paris before training with Sylvie de Segonzac at Les Costumes de Paris, where she honed her expertise in period costumes. Today, Fitoussi is recognized internationally for her inventive approach to character and storytelling through dress.

More than just a costume archive, this book is a love letter to Marylin’s daring and colorful imagination.
